Are you eligible for our Armed Forces Help to Buy and military discount schemes?

To qualify for the Bovis Homes Military Discount, individuals need to be currently serving members of the Regular and Reserve UK Armed Forces and to have passed Phase 1 of their training.

The Armed Forces Help to Buy scheme from the Ministry of Defence is open to all regular military, as is our Bovis Homes exclusive package.

The Help to Buy scheme is open to first-time buyers buying a new home with the value of between £186,100 and £600,000, depending on where you live. This is open to anyone, regardless of whether you’re military personnel.

Gold Award under the Armed Forces Covenant
