First-time buyer demand surges at national housebuilder’s new Binfield location

- 24 Feb 21

First-time buyers and families have been enquiring in droves about homes at a housebuilder’s newly launched Binfield location. Work is underway on three and four-bedroom properties at Bovis Homes’ Blue Mountain development, off Wood Lane. Home hunters can visit the development, which includes plenty of green space and close proximity to Blue Mountain Golf Club and all-ages school, King’s Academy Binfield. Alix Laflin, regional marketing manager, said: “We’re delighted to have started building three and four-bedroom homes at Blue Mountain in Binfield and with the interest these future Bovis Homes properties are gathering from first-time buyers and families in particular. Blue Mountain is very well located with impressive green space for safety and wellbeing, close to both a school and golf club, which is why we’re not surprised with the level of demand.” Home buyers are invited to visit a four-bedroom Aspen show home, on an appointment-only basis, at Bovis Homes’ Emmbrook Place location in Wokingham. The Aspen has an open-plan kitchen with dining area, bi-fold doors to the back garden, a study, sitting room, and upstairs, an en suite to the main bedroom. Properties in Bovis Homes’ latest collection, named after British trees, focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside. Blue Mountain is in the heart of Berkshire countryside, with great travel links including close proximity to the M3 and M4 and Bracknell train station situated less than two miles away. There is also a popular selection of Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ schools nearby.
