Vistry Group retains five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation

- 24 Mar 21

National housebuilder Vistry Group, which includes Bovis Homes, is proud to announce it has once again received a five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation, following the annual announcement of the industry’s customer satisfaction survey results. This is the highest possible rating that the HBF can grant, and means that more than 90 per cent of customers who moved in between October 2019 and September 2020 would ‘recommend their builder to a friend’. The award, which Vistry has received for the second year in a row, is based on the quality of the property and the service provided by the housebuilder while the customer settles into their new home. Vistry Group chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said: “I am proud that we have pulled together as one Vistry and delivered for our customers during the most challenging of circumstances. “We are delighted to have been awarded five-star status and we continue to focus on putting the customer at the centre of everything we do.” Customer care remains available from Vistry and sales teams are offering booked appointments and virtual tours. The latest survey revealed customer satisfaction levels had increased for the fourth year in a row. Stewart Baseley, executive chairman of the HBF, said: “The survey demonstrates that the industry is delivering an excellent level of service in the opinion of over 90 per cent of its customers. "The fact that we have seen four successive years of improved satisfaction levels shows the clear focus builders have been putting on the customer. That this level of satisfaction has been delivered during a pandemic that saw sites closed and builders unable to access homes for a period makes it even more of an achievement.”
