Warwick housebuilder proud to support town’s annual firework display for the fourth time

- 21 Oct 21

A local housebuilder is delighted to be back for a fourth time to support Warwick’s firework display next month. The Warwick Town Bonfire & Fireworks, hosted at Warwick Racecourse, takes place on Saturday 6th November with a show by award-winning Fantastic Fireworks. The hugely popular family event, which was unable to go ahead last year due to coronavirus restrictions, has been running for over 30 years and raises money for local charities. Organised by Warwick Lions and Warwick Rotary, in partnership with Warwick Racecourse, Bovis Homes has shown its support with a £250 donation. The housebuilder has previously supported the event in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Paul Bennison, regional marketing manager, said: “This must-attend event is a huge highlight in Warwick’s calendar and we’re proud to be associated with it. “The Town Bonfire rightly receives strong support from locals and the event raises vital funds for charity. We’re so pleased it’s back this year and we’re sure everyone who attends will have a wonderful evening.” Jackie Crampton, secretary at Warwick Town Bonfire, said: “After a year of restrictions we are so excited to welcome everyone back. The fireworks are set to James Bond theme music and we are sure there will be a great turnout to our “Bondfire” so get your tickets early!” For those interested in attending the Warwick Town Bonfire, tickets can be purchased in advance online. Gates open at 5pm with a five-minute firework display for young children at 6pm and the main display, set to the music of James Bond, after the bonfire is lit at 6.30pm. Refreshments will be available throughout the evening and music provided by the popular Ukulele Band.
