A grand Christmas for one lucky home hunter

Staffordshire home seekers get the chance to have Christmas paid for if they win the £1000 top prize in a competition held by a local home builder.

Bovis Homes is inviting visitors to its show home in Eccleshall to take part in a 'plane spotting' competition, which gives entrants the chance to win £500 Waitrose and £500 high street gift cards.

Carina Wilde, Northern Marketing Manager, says: "Christmas dinner and presents should be covered this December for the lucky winner! It's a great, easy-to-enter competition, and one which the children can get involved in too.

"The area has a strong connection with the RAF, so our show home has a fantastic plane-themed interior design, which we'd love people to come and see and try their luck at our competition!"

The five-bedroom 'Chester' show home at Sancerre Grange includes a large open-plan kitchen with a dining area and French doors to the rear garden. There is a separate sitting room, study, downstairs cloakroom and a utility. Upstairs, there are en suites in two of the bedrooms and a built-in wardrobe to the master room.

Home seekers will need to visit Sancerre Grange to enter the competition, which closes on Saturday 22 October when the winner will be announced.

The Sancerre Grange location is situated close to a range of local amenities and provides a selection of three, four and five bedroom homes. The show home and sales centre are open daily between 10am and 5pm.
