Bovis Homes' King's Gate location in Amesbury
Bovis Homes is launching a new sales centre at its King’s Gate location, off Shears Drive, next month.

The local housebuilder is offering the mortgage-paid package on reservations on selected plots across its Southern Counties region - taken before 31st May.

Hollie Lockhart, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “We can’t wait to unveil our new Bovis Homes sales centre at King’s Gate, which will be lighter and offer more space for home hunters.

“We’re already receiving more enquiries since we launched our mortgage offer, on what is already a popular location in Amesbury. Come and visit us to find out why!”

The mortgage-paid offer is available on selected homes up to the value of £500,000 across the region and could be used with the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme.

The Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme is available for first-time buyers and existing home owners alike. Purchasers only need a five per cent deposit and receive a loan from the Government for up to 20 per cent of the property’s value, leaving just a 75 per cent mortgage required.

Bovis Homes offers modern properties, carefully designed for today’s lifestyles with contemporary features such as open-plan living areas, stylish fitted kitchens and en-suite bathrooms.

With homes available across Berkshire and Hampshire, as well as locations in Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, the Southern Counties region has a wide selection of properties suitable for all types of buyer.
