Bovis Homes is hosting the launch at its Kingsmere location in Bicester this Saturday and will be marking the occasion with a champagne reception.

The event, on Thirsk Way, off Pioneer Way, is open to the public and will take place on 19th January, from 11am-4pm.

“House hunters are invited to see what we have to offer on our sought-after Kingsmere development, which is popular with all types of buyer.”

The new show home has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a separate study, plus bi-fold doors leading out onto the garden. Home owners can enjoy contemporary design combined with traditional architecture.

Kingsmere is just half a mile from Bicester Village and has been created with modern families in mind.

The Bicester School offers sixth form facilities. There is one independent school catering for seven to 13-year-olds.

Paul Bennison, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, added: “With fantastic amenities and schools nearby, Kingsmere is a very popular location and we’re expecting high numbers at our show home launch.

“Don’t miss out on the opportunity to see the opening of our new show house and to ask questions to our friendly sales colleagues at the location.”
