Big new-build benefits on offer in Axminster with launch of Bovis Homes' special bundle

A local house builder is taking the pressure out of moving by offering buyers at its Axminster location a special ‘stress less’ bundle.

For all reservations taken at Cloakham Lawns before 28th September, Bovis Homes will be giving away a package of benefits, worth thousands of pounds.

“Buying a home is an exciting time in people’s lives and we want to make it even more special with these extras,” says regional marketing manager, Stacey Banfield. “So, for a limited time, we’ll pay up to £5,000 of the buyer’s stamp duty, pay legal fees up to £1,000 and include flooring throughout.

“In addition to this, you can add those finishing touches to create your dream home as we’ll also give you £2,000 of Select vouchers, and £1,000-worth of gift cards each for John Lewis, Currys PC World and National Garden Centre.”

Cloakham Lawns offers a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, in a variety of styles. The properties are built with contemporary living in mind, with popular features, such as open-plan living areas, en-suite bathrooms and balconies.

“Many of the homes at Cloakham Lawns are absolutely unique and designed to suit its wonderful surroundings,” says Stacey. “Overlooking the River Axe and with stunning countryside all around, the homes have some great views. In addition to the ‘stress-less’ bundle, buyers who reserve can also take advantage of Bovis Homes’ range of purchase assistance schemes.

The Help to Buy - Equity Loan scheme is exclusively available with new-build homes to both first-time buyers and existing home owners. With Help to Buy you need just a 5% deposit and receive an equity loan of up to 20% of the value of the property from the Government, interest-free for the first five years.

Another scheme which buyers at Cloakham Lawns could take advantage of is Smooth Move which involves Bovis Homes dealing with the estate agents on the seller’s behalf. The Home Exchange scheme is where the house builder will buy the home, allowing sellers the chance to stay in their existing property until the new one is ready.
