Bishop’s Itchington stars in a national lifestyle campaign

A show home in the Warwickshire village of Bishop’s Itchington has been acting as the venue for a national housebuilder’s brand-new lifestyle campaign this autumn.

The Bovis Homes’ development, Furrowfields, played host to a camera crew from Jask Creative and a team of seven professional models last week after the housebuilder selected the village as the perfect location for a major photoshoot.

The two-day shoot, in a show home styled by Edward Thomas Interiors, captured images which showcased the versatility of the housebuilder’s new collection of homes, demonstrating how these properties are the perfect fit for modern family life.

Paul Bennison, marketing manager in Bovis Homes’ West Midlands region, said: “It is great to see this fantastic Warwickshire village featuring as part of a nationwide lifestyle campaign.

“With great commuter links to London and Birmingham, combined with a lovely countryside feel, the Furrowfields development is a wonderful place to live so it’s fantastic to highlight the benefits of the homes here to more people.

“Preparations for the shoot began more than six months ago to allow time for planning, researching and finding the ideal location for the shoot, booking models and buying props and clothing!

“The team of models, ranging from age six to 60, worked 16 hours and the camera crew 24 hours over the two-day period, capturing just under 40 scenarios. So it is wonderful to see everyone’s hard work come to fruition”.

The new Bovis Homes’ collection features properties focusing on well-proportioned exteriors and a real sense of light and flow on the inside. The homes in the collection are named after different types of trees.
