Bovis Homes are making it easy to find dream home in South West

South West house buyers are set to save thousands of pounds thanks to an exciting new scheme launched by Bovis Homes.

The leading UK home builder will pay a number of moving costs on behalf of its customers, including legal fees, Stamp Duty, and removal fees, through its Moving Made Easy offer.

It is in addition to the range of benefits already provided by Bovis Homes' highly-popular Smooth Move service helping home owners to sell their current property.

Potential savings on a South West property that sells for £250,000 could be more than £9,200, based on typical estate agent fees, thanks to the two schemes.

Bovis Homes currently have a wide range of attractive two, three, four and five-bedroom properties for purchase at attractive locations across the South West.

South West regional sales and marketing director Emma Smith explained: "We have put the scheme together for buyers to help make moving home as easy and as stress free as possible.

Under the Smooth Move service, Bovis Homes instructs estate agents to market and sell a customer's current property on their behalf and on legal completion will pay the estate agents' fees.

Once a buyer for the current property is found, the customer can look forward to reserving their brand new Bovis Home.
