Bovis Homes celebrates show apartment launch with European city break prize!

- 06 Mar 19

Visitors to Charlton Hayes in Filton will be given the chance to win a European city break as a local homebuilder celebrates the launch of its brand-new show apartment.

Bovis Homes is holding the prize draw as part of a special event giving home hunters the opportunity to see more of its popular Apseley Park neighbourhood in Filton on Saturday 16th March.

“We’re hosting an exclusive opening event from 11am until 4pm on Saturday, where we’ll also be welcoming a surprise special guest – who is sure to attract a lot of attention!” says Stephanie Spry, regional marketing manager.

“During the launch, visitors can enjoy some refreshments while they look around the brand-new show apartment and find out more about the homes. In addition to this, for one day only, we’ll be giving visitors the chance to enter our special prize draw – and the winner will be heading off for a European weekend break of their choice!”

The two-bedroom show apartment will give interested buyers the opportunity to get a taste of the style and quality of the properties available in The Avon, a complex which offers 19 modern homes. The apartment boasts an open-plan kitchen and living area, a balcony and plenty of storage, with a built-in wardrobe in the master bedroom and separate cupboards in the hallway.

“The apartments are designed for modern lifestyles and have some great contemporary features,” says Stephanie. “If your reservation is taken early enough, you can select from a wide range of fixtures and fittings to create your own stylish kitchen and bathroom, which means you can have an apartment tailored to suit your taste.”

Bovis Homes offers a range of purchase assistance schemes, including the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme. Exclusively available with new-build homes, the scheme can be used by first-time buyers and existing home owners. Through Help to Buy, home purchasers can borrow an equity loan from the Government for up to 20 per cent of the value of the property. This could open doors to a dream move, as home buyers need only a five per cent deposit and should have access to more competitive lending rates.

“With the Help to Buy – Equity Loan – a dream move into a brand-new Bovis Home could be closer than you think,” says Stephanie. “Our sales advisors, Carole, Lorraine and Jo are on hand to help you find your perfect home and to guide you through the process.”

Apseley Park offers a mixture of homes, ranging from two-bedroom apartments and coach houses, through to five-bedroom family homes. With green open space, which has footpaths running throughout, and a range of facilities nearby, the location provides the perfect environment for young professionals, families looking for a vibrant new community and downsizers.

The sales centre is open daily from 10am until 5pm. Call 01172 591006 or email bristolnorth.sales@bovishomes.co.uk
