Bovis Homes help Fairford Town kick start the season

- 15 Aug 16

Fairford Town FC is looking to start a successful season of football, and this

year is backed by one of the country's largest house builders.

Bovis Homes has sponsored the town's 125-year old football club, which plays in Division One West of the Uhlsport Hellenic League, and is rooting for the team which won its first home league game 5-0 against North Leigh on Saturday. The sponsorship deal will see the club's match day programmes sponsored as well as two advertising boards at the club's Cinder Lane stadium.

With a history of supporting local communities, Bovis Homes is proud to be joining forces with the football club as it becomes part of the Fairford community with the new Keble Fields development located on the edge of the market town.

Sales Manager, Hayley Ody, said, "Fairford Town FC is such an integral part of the town's community that we are thrilled to have the opportunity to support the team. We wish them a successful season!"

Fairford Town FC President Mike Tanner said: "We are delighted to be associated with a major house builder such as Bovis Homes and it speaks volumes that they are prepared to engage so completely with the local community.

"The sponsorship is of great help to the club and hopefully will be the start of a long-term partnership."

The show home at Keble Fields opened in July and can be visited daily between 10am and 5pm. The development is a mixture of three, four and five bedroom properties and has already generated a huge amount of interest from homebuyers in the area, with reservations already made.
