Bovis Homes launches sparkling new Bedfordshire show home

A new part of the Lower Stondon community will be unveiled on Saturday 15th September, as local house builder, Bovis Homes, opens the doors to its new show home and sales centre.

This next phase of Stondon Park will bring a wide range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, in a variety of styles, to Bedfordshire

“We’ll be launching this new part of the community on Saturday 15th September and we’re excited to welcome home seekers along to have the first glimpse of the designs on offer,” says regional marketing manager, Heather Suffield. “It’s a fantastic location, in a lovely setting with convenient access onto the M1 and A1.”

Members of the public are invited to come along from 11am on Saturday 15th September to take a look around the four-bedroom Canterbury show home to see the styles of houses that will be available at Stondon Park.

The Canterbury has an open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors leading out into the garden and a separate, spacious sitting room. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Help to Buy is a 75% Government-backed shared equity scheme for new-build properties only requiring a 5% deposit, while with Smooth Move, Bovis Homes could pay estate agent fees.
