Bovis Homes launches Wellingborough homes with action-packed family event

Housebuilder Bovis Homes is set to launch its brand new Wendelburie Rise location in Wellingborough this weekend with an action-packed fun event for all the family. 

The launch will take place this Saturday, 11th August, from 11am to 2pm, and will feature entertainment from Britain''''s Got Talent magician Marc Spelmann. It will also give members of the public the opportunity to look around the first show homes on the site - the four-bedroom ''''Canterbury'''' and ''''Montpellier'''' house types, as well a smaller three-bedroom ''''Southwold''''.

Discussing the launch, Heather Suffield, regional marketing manager for Bovis Homes'''' Northern Home Counties region, said: “We''''re very excited to officially launch Wendelburie Rise and welcome the public to our new show homes. We hope to see the sun shining, and lots of people enjoying themselves.

As well as magic tricks, visitors will be able to enjoy a prosecco van and ice cream cart, popcorn and candy floss, and there''''s also professional face painting and a chance to meet characters from popular children''''s TV show Paw Patrol!

The first show homes at Wendelburie Rise are also the first to be built as part of the wider Stanton Cross mixed-use development. A brand-new community on the eastern edge of the historic town of Wellingborough, Stanton Cross is a flagship development for the area. Once complete, it will offer 3,650 new properties, together with leisure, retail and office space. It will also bring new public parks, schools, and a doctor''''s surgery. 

The residential areas at Stanton Cross are divided into five distinct phases, each with their own unique character. The inaugural phase, Ise Valley View, plays host to Wendelburie Rise. Positioned at the heart of Stanton Cross, Ise Valley View overlooks the River Ise and the town of Wellingborough, and is close to the neighbourhood centre which will be home to shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.
