Bovis Homes supports Food Festival

- 08 Sep 17

Nantwich town centre welcomed producers from across Cheshire at the weekend for its annual food festival and this year the event was sponsored by national home builder, Bovis Homes.

From Friday until Saturday, the town centre became a food lover's paradise, with stalls, cookery demonstrations, tastings and children's activities taking place throughout Nantwich.

"We're delighted to support the Food Festival," says regional marketing manager, Carina Wilde. "It's a brilliant weekend and a fantastic event for Nantwich, attracting people from across the county and even further afield!"

"We have recently joined the Nantwich community, with our Malbank Waters location situated on the edge of the town, so we are thrilled have been given the chance to be involved in such an esteemed and popular event!"

Malbank Waters has a range of three, four and five bedroom homes available in a variety of styles, carefully designed to suit the needs of an array of house seekers. The spacious development includes public open spaces for outdoor leisure activities and includes views over the open countryside.

Based entirely within the town centre, the food festival provides visitors a chance to taste their way through the stalls in the marquees and streets, as well as give them the opportunity to see more of the beautiful Cheshire market town.

"On behalf of my fellow directors and committee, I would like to thank Bovis Homes for supporting our local community event," says John Coulter, Nantwich Food Festival Director.
"We are a non-profit making organisation and without the support of companies such as Bovis Homes, we could not hold our event which not only supports local food producers but also local charities."
