Brand new neighourhood opens its doors in Morton-in-Marsh

- 08 Jun 17

Gloucestershire home seekers are being invited to find out more about a brand new part of the Moreton-in-Marsh community, and visit two new show homes.

Visitors to Bovis Homes' two five-bedroom show homes will be able see the style and quality of the homes available at The Avenue, which is situated on the edge of the Cotswold market town.

The show homes opened on Saturday 3rd June and visitors are welcome to drop in between 10am and 5pm daily.

Regional Marketing Manager, Stephanie Spry, said: "It's well worth popping along to be one of the first to see these stunning new show homes and the plans for the development. Reservations are already being taken and we don't want people to be disappointed.

"Bovis Homes are built to traditional standards and what others call extras, we include as standard. For example features such as the hob, cooker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer are included within the price."

The Avenue has a range of two, three, four and five bedroom homes available, suitable for a variety of home hunters.

The detached Bourton show home boasts a large open-plan kitchen and family area with French doors leading out into the garden. The sitting room has a bi-fold door linking the garden to the indoors, and there is a separate dining room, study and utility. Upstairs, as well as a family bathroom, there are five bedrooms, two of which have en-suites and the master bedroom includes two built-in wardrobes.

The Churchill show home has an open-plan kitchen and family area. This room and the sitting room both include bi-fold doors leading out into the garden. There is a separate dining room and study. On the first floor, two of the bedrooms include en suites and the master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. There are a further three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

To help buyers secure their new home at The Avenue, Bovis Homes offers a variety of purchase assistance schemes. For instance, Help to Buy is a 75% Government-backed shared equity scheme exclusive to new-build properties that only requires a 5% deposit, while with Home Exchange, Bovis Homes could buy your old property to help to get you moving - and you stay there until your new home is ready. It saves you time, money and stress!
