Home buyers have a wide range of properties to choose from at a national housebuilder’s locations across East and West Sussex – with one more launching soon.

First-time buyers, young couples, families and downsizers are all taking up the new-build opportunity and purchasing two to six-bedroom Bovis Homes throughout the county.

The housebuilder’s locations include Saxons Plain in West Durrington, Bramble Park in Hurstpierpoint, Rosemead Place in Horam, which has just launched, and Burfield Grange in Hailsham. Potters Field, in Ringmer, and The Gateway in Bexhill are opening soon.

Candice McCabe, Bovis Homes regional marketing manager, said: “We have a wonderful array of homes to suit all types of homeowners, whether they are stepping onto the housing ladder, seeking more space for a growing family, or are older and looking to downsize.

“There is a house type to suit all lifestyles with modern, open plan layouts, letting in plenty of light and space, we are confident buyers will love their new home.”

Bovis Homes has also launched its new housing collection, which includes two to five-bedroom homes that have been designed and developed by the company over the last 12 months. They are named after British trees and focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

Candice added: “Our new collection is already proving popular and we have had a wide range of enquiries throughout the county from those keen to enjoy the light and space the homes offer.”

Bovis Homes has released its first properties at the new Rosemead Place development and has three, four and five-bedroom homes from the exciting new collection, which are being sold from the housebuilder’s sister location nearby.

Rosemead Place is within walking distance of the village centre and is nestled on the edge of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. House buyers that reserve a home before 31st June could have their stamp duty paid for.

The properties are being sold from Bovis Homes’ Burfield Grange location, on Park Road, in Hailsham. Visitors can expect to be greeted by the friendly sales team and shown the plans of the individual homes and the development layout.

Potters Field and The Gateway are launching soon, while Bramble Park and Saxons Plain have three, four and five-bedroom homes for sale.

There are a variety of purchasing options available at all the county’s Bovis Homes developments for prospective buyers.

The Help to Buy scheme is available for existing home owners as well as first-time buyers. Using the initiative, purchasers can get an equity loan from the Government for up to 20 per cent of the property, meaning the purchaser only needs a five per cent deposit and to secure a mortgage for 75 per cent of the property price.

The Key Workers initiative offers discounts to employees of certain government bodies.
Buyers looking to sell their home can take advantage of Bovis Homes' Smooth Move scheme, which can save time and thousands of pounds, with the home builder dealing with the estate agent on the customer's behalf, as well as paying the fees.

Meanwhile, with Home Exchange, Bovis Homes could actually buy the customer’s old house to help get them moving.

Bovis Homes offers contemporary houses, designed to suit a modern lifestyle and built to traditional standards. With open-plan living areas, utility rooms and built-in wardrobes and en suites to master bedrooms, Bovis Homes have been created to suit day-to-day family routines and occasions.
