Cam home hunters flock to see housebuilder’s new collection

- 16 Sep 19

Home hunters in Cam who enjoy a thriving village lifestyle and stunning surroundings are flocking to a new-build location where there are properties from a housebuilder’s brand-new collection.

Families, couples and individual buyers are visiting Bovis Homes’ Millfields location on Box Road, located at the foot of the Cotswold hills, which includes a range of new designs and housestyles.

House buyers moving to Millfields will be close to the M5, within walking distance of Cam and Dursley railway station and enjoy an array of local amenities.

Sharon Nash, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “Our Cam location, Millfields, is proving very popular with all sorts of home buyers including couples, plus growing and larger families.

“We have some fantastic properties here from our new homes collection, that boast fantastic layouts, plenty of light and quality build, with modern living and traditional design in mind.”

Millfields is near Junction 13 of the M5 and Bristol is just a 35-minute car journey away. Bristol Airport is about 36 miles away.

Cam itself boasts a supermarket, shops, pubs, local amenities, schools and sports clubs. The 16acre Jubilee Fields and pavilion is home to football and cricket clubs and there's an outdoor gym, skate park, climbing wall and play equipment.

Cam also has three primary schools for children aged from four to 11. Rednock School at Dursley is a comprehensive school for pupils aged from 11 to 18.

Properties in Bovis Homes’ new collection are named after British trees and focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

Millfields has a range of three to five-bedroom properties, with prices ranging from £290,000 to £500,000.
