Cambridge new-build home buyers set for £5,000 bonus

- 27 Nov 19

Home buyers are snapping up apartments at a new-build location in Cambridge thanks to a housebuilder’s part-buy scheme – and now purchasers could get a £5,000 bonus for joining the growing community in Trumpington.

Buyers are using Bovis Homes’ Home Reach initiative to part-buy, part-rent apartments at the housebuilder’s Paragon in Great Kneighton location.

Those who reserve selected plots before Christmas using Home Reach at the development – where buyers are particularly on the lookout for one and two-bedroom apartments, can choose to have £5,000 in John Lewis vouchers or have £2,500 taken off the completion statement.

Alison Tindle, regional sales and marketing director at Bovis Homes, said: “This is a great incentive for all potential purchasers wanting to use our very successful part-buy, part-rent scheme.

“As well as reducing the initial cost of buying a home, the new property owners will also enjoy a £5,000 voucher or £2,500 back – just in time for Christmas!

“We have some wonderful apartments available at Paragon in Great Kneighton, and great sales and build teams who work very hard to ensure the best service and quality for customers.”

With Home Reach, purchasers buy a share of their chosen home and pay a low monthly rent on the part they don't buy. They decide whether they buy a bigger share of a lower priced home or a smaller share of a more expensive one.

With the Bovis Homes partnership with housing provider heylo, purchasers can initially purchase up to 75 per cent of their chosen home.

This special incentive is for reservations that complete on or before Monday, 23rd December.
