Can we have our ball back Bovis?

Kicking footballs into next door's garden is a weekly occurrence for many children.

But what happens when instead of being a garden it's a construction site, and instead of children it's a Division One West football team?

Fairford Town FC's ground at Cinder Lane is situated next to Bovis Homes' Keble Fields location, and since work on the new homes started there, several footballs have ended up on the wrong side of the fence.

Having already provided sponsorship for the football team, the home builder decided to help them out again, and have now bought some new footballs for the club.

Bovis Homes' Site Manager at Kemble Fields Alan Cruikshanks, said: "We were planning to kick the footballs back over on Mondays and Tuesdays, ready for the Wednesday evening games, but then we thought, 'why don't we buy them some new balls as well?'"

"We've got a really good relationship with the club and we like to keep track of their games to find out how they are doing. Hopefully they continue their winning streak with the 15 new footballs we have bought for them!"

Alan and Sales Advisor, Shaun Keating, visited the ground to give the players the footballs and watched the team win 4-1 against Longlevens AFC in the Gloucestershire Challenge Trophy.

Mike Tanner, President of Fairford Town FC, said: "The club would like to thank Bovis Homesfor its continued support. We are a community club and the support of Bovis Homes has ensured we are able to keep improving on and off the field."

Keble Fields has a range of three, four and five bedroom homes available, and the location has two show homes, 'The Ansell' and 'The Stratford', for home seekers to visit.

The five-bedroom show homes offer open plan kitchens and dining areas with a separate sitting room which includes French doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms include an en suite and the master room has a built-in wardrobe.

Sally Smith, Western Marketing Manager at Bovis Homes says: "The homes at Keble Fields are situated in a stunning location, overlooking open countryside.

"Extras are included as standard with a new Bovis Home, with integrated appliances, such as fridge-freezers, ovens and washing machines included within the price. The homes are stunning, built to traditional standards but designed to suit today's lifestyles."

Keble Fields show homes and sales centre is open daily from 10am to 5pm. To find out more about the location and Bovis Homes, visit www.bovishomes.co.uk.
