Celebrations at new Nantwich community

A new Cheshire community will be celebrating with activities, treats and prizes as local house builder Bovis Homes unveils its brand-new show home.

The three-bedroom Sheringham will be launched on Saturday 1st September at Bovis Homes’ popular Pear Tree Meadows location in Nantwich and the house builder is inviting members of the local community to join in the celebrations.

“We’re excited to be opening the doors to our brand-new show home and we’ve got a whole host of activities for the family to enjoy,” says Louise MacRae, regional marketing manager. “We’ll have a kid’s entertainer and play diggers for the children, and some great prizes in our special raffle, including an iPad Pro and dining tickets to the popular local restaurant, The Residence.”

Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet the site manager to find out more about the construction of the new homes while they tuck into a range of tasty pear-related treats.

“The event is free and promises to be a great day out for all of the family,” continues Louise. “Guests will be amongst the first to see our brand-new show home and will also have the chance to look around our existing show homes, the five-bedroom Chester and the three-bedroom Southwold.”

Pear Tree Meadows, located off Queen’s Drive, offers a range of three to five-bedroom homes in a variety of styles and layouts. Situated by the Shropshire and Union Canal, the quiet, carefully-designed location has scenic surroundings and amenities close-by.

“We’ve welcomed many new residents to our Nantwich location and a fantastic community spirit is emerging there. We hope to see many of the families at our event over the weekend as well as those set to move there soon and those interested in relocating to this wonderful new neighbourhood,” says Louise.
