Colleagues at a national housebuilder in Costessey took part in a special event to celebrate the success of a new-build location – which has just sold its last home!

Bovis Homes colleagues celebrate sale of final home at Woodland Park, Costessey
Bovis Homes staff and contractors came together to mark the completion of Woodland Park on Queen's Hills Country Park, which has proved popular with local house buyers and saw the last three-bedroom house purchased recently.

Guests at Dunston Hall in Norwich, included colleagues from BT, Jarrett Plumbing & Heating, Norfolk Drywall and Acorn Cleaning Services among others.

Paul Moran, regional managing director at Bovis Homes, said: “This was a brilliant event shining a light on all the hard work colleagues and our contractors have put into the very successful Woodland Park.

“We have built some great relationships over the years and it has really paid off as the quality of homes at the location is there for all to see, and is the reason we’re have sold all homes there.

“This was a big thank you to our whole team – from sales to build to technical to commercial – for putting the customer first and we are proud to have had such good feedback from customers.”

Representatives from EA Scaffolding & Systems, S A Mallett, Masterseal, Paul A Taylor, Jark Recruitment and Aspire Financial also attended the event.

Construction of Woodland Park started in 2006. Work on nearby Round House Park, in Cringleford, started in 2007 and finished last year.

The last home sold at Woodland Park - a semi-detached house called the Bedford - boasts an open-plan kitchen with dining area, separate sitting room, and master bedroom with an en suite.
