Community invited to children’s play area launch at Malpas new-build location

Families are invited to a special housebuilder event to launch a brand-new play area, with ice cream and children’s entertainment on the menu at Malpas this weekend.

Youngsters can try out the brand-new play area at Bovis Homes’ Hampton Lea location, off Chester Road, which has been designed to provide a fun and safe place for children to play.

Cheshire Farm ice cream will be handed out for free, while a kids’ entertainer will make it a fun family day out.

Elaine Cartwright, regional sales and marketing director at Bovis Homes, said: “Our play area launch event promises to be a wonderful family celebration in Malpas.

“Our Hampton Lea location is proving very popular and we are pleased to launch this safe and fun area for children to play and socialise in.

“Why not come and visit us to see the play area for yourselves and also find out about the impressive range of homes we have for sale here?”

Families can also enjoy a stilt walker and other entertainment, and also take a look at the other facilities and environmental work at the location, including bat boxes, which have been placed in trees to encourage local wildlife. There are activity packs for little ones, including a colouring book and crayons.

For potential house buyers, Bovis Homes staff will be on hand for those who want to enquire about homes at the location.

The event takes place this Saturday, from 11am to 2pm.
