Coopers Edge celebrates Christmas in style with Santa and friends

- 18 Dec 17

Coopers Edge is full of festive cheer after Bovis Homes brought the community together for a Christmas event which saw residents meet Santa and his reindeer.

Over 200 people paid Santa a visit at Bovis Homes' Coopers Edge sales centre in Brockworth. As well as having the opportunity to meet two real-life reindeer, there was a barn owl, gifts for children and a hot chocolate van.

It was lovely to be able to bring the neighbourhood together - especially at this time of year, says regional marketing manager, Stephanie Spry. There's a real community spirit at our Coopers Edge locations, and it has been fantastic to see it gradually grow over time as the area progresses.

The Bovis Homes locations at Coopers Edge; Centurion View, Imperial Place and Augustus Park at Coopers Edge, Gloucester, offer a range of homes from two to five bedrooms, and have welcomed a range of house hunters, from first-time buyers to growing families and downsizers.

We've welcomed many new residents to Centurion View, Imperial Place and Augustus Park over the years and it's easy to see why it has been so popular, says Stephanie. On the edge of Coopers Hill, with woodland and open countryside on the doorstep offering stunning walks as well as being within easy reach of Gloucester city centre, it's a great location choice for home seekers.

We also have a range of purchase assistance schemes available for buyers, including the Government's Help to Buy Equity Loan and our Smooth Move scheme, which can help purchasers get moving.
