Cotswold locals receive helping hand from council and builder to get on the property ladder

A housebuilder has joined forces with Cotswold District Council to help local people get onto the property ladder in the area.

Bovis Homes is offering fantastic purchasing packages on new-build homes at The Avenue location in Moreton-in-Marsh for those who are local to the area, meaning customers may only have to pay 70 per cent of the purchase price, depending on eligibility!*

The discounts are aimed at those people who would otherwise be unable to afford to buy a suitable home on the open market in Cotswold District.
