Crowds gather at brand-new show home launch in Minster Lovell

Last weekend, more than 80 prospective buyers gathered at Bovis Homes development in Minster Lovell for a special launch event, with the chance to tour a brand-new show home and visit the newly opened sales centre.

Dovecote Park is located just off Burford Road in Minster Lovell and the development’s new five-bedroom Lime show home was officially opened at the ribbon cutting ceremony.

The show home comes from Bovis Homes’ - part of the Vistry Group - new collection of houses that offer more space, higher ceilings and a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

House hunters were able to find out more about the three, four and five-bedroom homes available and speak to a mortgage advisor at the event. Home buyers were particularly interested in the range of three-bedroom bungalows that will be built at the development.

Charles Bond, area sales manager, said: “It was wonderful to be able to showcase our brand-new sales centre and show home to visitors at the event and we were thrilled that so many people came along on the day.

“Dovecote Park is in a fantastic location, with a true Cotswold community, and the homes available are ideal for everyone.

“It was great to see so much interest in the three-bedroom detached Charterville bungalows too. They offer a lovely open-plan kitchen with a dining area plus bi-fold patio doors and French doors to the rear garden, so we have no doubt that they will be very popular.”

Visitors to the event were able to register their details and enter a prize draw with the chance to win a luxury spa break in the Cotswolds too, while event catering was provided by the local pub - The Horse & Radish.

The historic village of Minster Lovell has a local shop and post office within walking distance of the Bovis Homes development. Just over three miles away in Witney there is an array of retailers plus a popular monthly farmers' market plus Bicester Village, a designer shopping outlet, is situated just 25 miles away.

There are lovely scenic walks beside the River Windrush plus facilities for all ages in the village with social groups, a cricket team and groups for scouts, babies and toddlers, a community library plus allotments. There are also primary and secondary education facilities located nearby.
