Dedicated site manager Oliver in running for major award

- 23 Oct 17

Oliver Cookson

Site manager Oliver Cookson has been shortlisted for more major honours thanks to his commitment to building quality brand new homes.

His success in guiding the team at Bovis Homes' Loachbrook Meadow location on the outskirts of the town has put him the running for a prestigious National House Building Council's (NHBC) Pride in the Job regional accolade.

Oliver said: "We have a good group of hard-working Bovis Homes staff, as well as contractors working here at Loachbrook Meadow, and we all take great pride in what we do."

Pride in the Job awards go to site managers across the UK who achieve the highest standards in house-building.

Seal of Excellence and Regional Award winners for the North West region will be announced at the Pride in the Job ceremony in Manchester on Friday.

Earlier in the year, Oliver was selected from more than 16,000 UK site managers to land an NHBC Pride in the Job 'Quality' award for excellence in on-site management.
