Doors open for buyers at Winchester Village

- 05 Aug 19

A local housebuilder is opening the doors to a wide range of properties for a special open house event, giving Hampshire home owners the opportunity to find their dream new property.

Bovis Homes is giving interested buyers the chance to look around a selection of new houses at its Winchester Village location on Saturday 10th August from 11am until 4pm

“We’ll have a range of five-bedroom house types open on Saturday, so visitors can select the perfect property for them,” says regional marketing manager, Hollie Lockhart. “We have a variety of homes, in a range of styles and layouts. Designed for modern living, our properties have features such as open-plan living areas and en-suite bathrooms, creating practical, yet stylish homes.

“For those who like what they see at Winchester Village, there’s some great benefits. We’re offering to pay the buyer’s stamp duty – saving them thousands of pounds!”

Winchester Village has grown to become a popular new community that has welcomed many happy residents. The homes have been designed by local architects, Huw Thomas, creating a unique neighbourhood with attractive street scenes. The location boasts plenty of green areas, with woodland, parks and public open spaces.

“It’s well worth coming along to our open house event and having a walk around the neighbourhood. Winchester Village has real character and a lovely community feel,” says Hollie. “While you’re here, you can talk to our expert sales team about the homes and location and find out more about our purchase assistance schemes that can help to get you moving.”

Bovis Homes offers a range of schemes, including Home Exchange, which can help to take the hassle out of moving. Using the package, the housebuilder will buy your existing home, so you won’t have the trouble of selling – you won’t have to deal with the estate agents or even pay their fees.

Simona Gattorno and Francesco Shankar recently moved with their two children to Winchester Village. The couple took advantage of the housebuilder’s Home Exchange scheme, which meant they could remain at home until their new house was ready.

“The scheme was really helpful. We didn’t have to worry about selling our house and we could just focus on our new home,” says Simona.

“The sales team were amazing, and they assisted us throughout the whole process, and after we moved in, the site team were great too – they were always ready to help us if we needed anything after we moved in.”
