Eastern region supports local Lung Awareness Day in Kent

Bovis Homes' Eastern region has been lending its support to Lung Awareness Day, a special event held at Maidstone Hospital.

The event, run by the Kent Lung Awareness (KLA) charity, aims to increase understanding of lung conditions and encourage donations for the hospital, with the goal of providing state-of-the-art equipment and care.

Attended by more than 400 people, the day included presentations on different lung conditions and testimonials from former and current patients of the hospital.

Bovis Homes made a contribution towards the organisation of the event on behalf of the team at our Orchard Fields location across the road from the hospital.

Annette Hurst, regional sales director, said: "It's great to be able to support a wonderful charity and event like this, and we hope our contribution helped to make the day a success. With our Orchard Fields site just next door, this is a community that Bovis Homes is proud to be a part of, and we hope to continue that into the future."
