House hunters in Essington can view new-build properties next weekend from a local housebuilder’s latest homes collection in the village.

Bovis Homes' Spruce show home before the autumnal make over, at The Steadings in Essington
Bovis Homes is unveiling a brand-new show home at The Steadings, off Hobnock Road, from Saturday 19th as part of its new location launch - and home hunters can also see autumnal and Christmas-themed show homes too.

Visitors can view the new four-bedroom Chestnut, which boasts an open plan kitchen with a dining area, bi fold doors to the back garden and an en suite off the master bedroom.

Lou Macrae, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “We’re so excited for the launch of this fantastic show home, the Chestnut, which highlights the open space and wonderful layout of properties in our new homes collection.

“These new-build homes offer home buyers and families in Essington plenty of room and are designed to let in lots of natural light.

“We’re very proud to be launching the Chestnut show home in Essington, a village with beautiful country landscapes including woodland areas and lakes.

“The village has strong links to Wolverhampton, Lichfield and Cannock, making it a very well positioned place to live and, being a short drive from the M6, it’s great for commuters!

“We can’t wait for visitors to see our autumnal-themed show home to mark Halloween and our Christmas-styled show home, too!”

Home buyers can view the Chestnut show home and find out about Bovis Homes’ Home Exchange scheme. Also, the housebuilder’s special packages, including a contribution to their stamp duty, flooring and £1,000 in legal fees, if they reserve in October.

There is a special incentive on launch day – a Sound and Vision package that includes a Bose 500 all-in-one Bluetooth sound bar, iPad 6th generation 9.7”, Amazon Echo Plus and more. Visitors can also meet with the housebuilder’s sales colleagues and have their pick of available plots.

Bovis Homes’ Home Exchange initiative means the housebuilder will purchase the customer's current property, which means they can avoid all those estate agent fees and time-consuming, stress-building house chains. It also means that purchasers can stay in their current house until their new home is ready.

To part-exchange their home, a customer’s current property must be valued at no more than 75 per cent of the new Bovis Home they wish to purchase. Bovis Homes will arrange for the buyer's property to be valued, then make them an offer based on the valuation.

The Steading’s show home launch event takes place on Saturday 19th October from 11am. There are two other show homes to look at - the three-bedroom Spruce, dressed up for Halloween, and four-bedroom, Christmas-themed, Aspen.
