Home buyers in Faversham are flocking to a newly-launched family show home from a national housebuilder’s new property collection.

Bovis Homes has opened its four-bedroom Chestnut to the public at the housebuilder’s Davington Fields location, on Western Link – and the open plan home is already proving popular!

Bovis Homes’ new housing collection, which includes two to five-bedroom homes that have been designed and developed by the company, are named after British trees and focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

Candice McCabe, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “Our Chestnut show home is already very popular with house buyers and we have had enquiries from all types of buyers – and of all ages.

“The Chestnut is a very stylish house, with an attractive exterior and well-proportioned rooms inside, where every family member can have a special space they’ll be proud to call their own.”

There is room for the whole family to relax in the sitting room and plenty of space to work in the study.

The open-plan kitchen/dining area is made for entertaining and has bi-folding doors to the back garden. Upstairs, there are four good-size bedrooms, with a master en suite and built-in wardrobe.

Faversham is home to Kent’s oldest antiques market, dating back over 900 years. There is a wide selection of independent shops and popular annual events, including Faversham Hop Festival and Faversham Transport Weekend.

The town is located close to the M2, M20 and M25 and Faversham rail station is less than two miles away from Davington Fields, with regular trains to London and Canterbury.

Those who buy a Bovis Homes property at Davington Fields before 15th December could receive a holiday of a lifetime – to Mexico, Jamaica, Rio de Janeiro, Disneyland Paris or Legoland in Denmark.
