Final buyers will benefit as popular BishopStoke community nears completion

A popular Hampshire location, which has welcomed many new residents over the last couple of years, is now nearing completion – and home seekers need to act fast to secure their dream home there.

Bovis Homes’ Nine Acres location in Bishopstoke has only three homes available to buy, and to celebrate the completion of the development, the housebuilder is offering the final purchasers some great extras.

“We’re very proud of our Nine Acres location,” says regional marketing manager, Hollie Lockhart. “A real sense of community has grown here and once the final home has been sold, it will complete the neighbourhood.

The four-bedroom Canterbury is designed for modern lifestyles, with a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area and French doors out into the garden. “I just fell in love with the Canterbury,” says Wendy Nelson who selected the popular house type. “It has such a good flow and just completely suits us. There’s lots of storage and we’ve got space if the family want to come and stay.”

Rebecca Summers, who also moved into a Canterbury, said: “We saw this Bovis Home design featured in a video and just fell in love with it. Our home has a fantastic layout. It’s got four bedrooms, so we’re set up for the future, and we love the open-plan kitchen area. We’ve even turned the study into a room for Gilbert, our little Ragdoll cat – he loves it!”
