First look at brand-new properties as housebuilder launches new Peterborough community

Home seekers in Cambridgeshire can now find out more about the properties at a highly-anticipated new part of the Peterborough community, as Bovis Homes launches Hampton Waters

The housebuilder is opening its sales centre at the development on Saturday 13th July, giving visitors the chance to find out more about the range of homes available.

“We are so excited to be launching Hampton Waters,” says regional marketing manager, Heather Suffield. “The homes are from our brand-new housing range which has been designed and developed for launch this year. We’re really proud to be able to unveil the fantastic new designs on Saturday and give visitors the opportunity to find out more about this wonderful new location!”

Hampton Waters offers a range of homes, from one-bedroom apartments through to five-bedroom family houses.

“As part of the design process for the new properties, we spoke to all types of home buyer and asked what they looked for in a new home,” says Heather. “In developing those ideas into the designs, our guiding principles were to create quality homes that are eye-catching and well-proportioned on the outside, with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

Hampton Waters has been carefully designed, with attractive street scenes, plenty of open green space, footpaths and a play area. Situated in off London Road in The Hamptons, just south of Peterborough, there are a wide range of amenities close by for residents to benefit from.
