More than 60 home hunters, from growing families to first-time buyers to downsizers, visited Bovis Homes’ Stadhampton location in Oxfordshire for the launch of the very first show home from the housebuilder’s brand-new collection.

Visitors to Hampton Meadow took a look around the new five-bedroom Birch house type, and were able to catch up with Bovis Homes representatives to discuss the new designs and the benefits they bring to house buyers.

While guests enjoyed the champagne reception, Bovis Homes’ Hampton Meadow site manager Paul O’Keeffe was on hand to discuss the build, while technical director, Dan Oliver, spoke to customers about the design principles behind this exciting new range.

"The grand show home opening certainly lived up to expectations! It was a huge hit with everyone – from potential buyers to the local residents who were invited along," said Ellie Preston, sales advisor at Hampton Meadow.

"Overall feedback on the show home was extremely positive, with many people commenting on the high ceilings in our new range, and the wider door frames and big windows and doors letting in plenty of natural light."

Paul said: "We are absolutely thrilled with our new collection’s first show home and guests loved taking a look around and seeing all the new features.

"The open, modern living areas, with classic architecture were hugely popular, and we were also proud to unveil our new play area at Hampton Meadow."

The Birch show home is part of a new 2019 housing range by Bovis Homes and the Stadhampton property is the first in the country to open its doors.

Paul Bennison, regional marketing manager, added: “There was a constant flow of guests all day and our team really enjoyed hosting all the visitors.

People were impressed with the new show house, and it was lovely to hear comments about how light and spacious the home was.

"The newly opened play area at the front of the location also kept the children entertained!"

The Birch has a front-facing study/dining room and centrepiece living room, with a stunning showcase kitchen adjoining the sitting area and feature bi-fold doors. There are five spacious bedrooms, two with en suites.
