Home buyers in Gravesend are set to visit a housebuilder’s new location - where there is a special offer - as two show homes are launched.

Bovis Homes' Southwold house type at Gravesend
First-time buyers and other house hunters will attend Bovis Homes’ Watermans Park location, on Saturday 8th February, for the opening of both a two-bedroom and three-bedroom show home, plus a sales centre.

The Government’s Help to Buy scheme is available at Watermans Park, on Coldharbour Road, plus other purchasing schemes and the housebuilder’s Big 105 Offer.

The two-bedroom Amberley and three-bedroom Southwold properties, both have open-plan kitchens, dining areas and sitting rooms, plus there are French doors to the back gardens.

Maria Maxwell regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, which is part of the newly-formed Vistry Group, said: “We’re very excited to see first-time buyers, second steppers, downsizers and other buyers at Watermans Park where we have a range of purchasing schemes and a special incentive.

“Our colleagues will be there to show visitors around our two new show homes and to talk through our properties, in our wonderful new sales centre. We look forward to seeing interested parties there!”

Those who reserve a home at Watermans Park before 29th February could enjoy one of two incentives through the housebuilder’s Big 105 Offer. Either a reservation fee of just £105, plus £4,000 worth of flooring and an entertainment package. Or 105 per cent Home Exchange, plus £1,500 towards your legal fees.

Using the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, home buyers need just a five per cent cash deposit, with the Government providing an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the value of the property being bought. Purchasers then need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage.

Gravesend is ideally located for transport links with easy access to the M25, M20 and M2, via the A2. The town features a train station with regular services across Kent and into London, in under an hour.

The show home launch event takes place from 10am to 5pm and refreshments are available.
