Flore house buyers need to act fast with just five family homes left at new-build location

Home buyers need to be quick to make their move to a new-build location in Flore as there are now only five properties there left to purchase.

Bovis Homes’ popular Glassthorpe Grange development, on the High Street, has just four and five-bedroom properties left for sale.

The executive homes feature open-plan kitchens and dining areas, en suite bathrooms, garages and some come with beautiful bi-fold doors to the garden.

Bovis Homes has also rejuvenated its Big 105 Offer, with new incentives, to support purchasers at Flore.

The Big 105 Offer comes with two choices. The first is the chance to reserve a new property for £105. With this, buyers will receive up to £4,000 worth of flooring and the same amount in vouchers to spend on personalising their home.

The second is a part-exchange deal, where the housebuilder could offer 105 per cent of the market value of a customer’s existing home as part of their move into a Bovis Homes property. On top of that, buyers will also receive up to £4,000 worth of flooring.

Home buyers must reserve before 30th September to take advantage of one of the two Big 105 offers.
