Get your hard hats on! Special Botley event allows Hampshire home hunters to see more

Hampshire home hunters have the chance to take a closer look at the properties at Bovis Homes’ Boorley Park location, as the housebuilder hosts a special hard-hat event.

On Saturday 22th June, visitors to the new Botley development will have the chance to don a hard hat and have a tour of a selection of the homes that are being constructed, with the site manager as a guide.

“We are opening the doors of three of our homes currently under construction - a five-bedroom Winchester, five-bedroom Oxford and a four-bedroom Canterbury. Our site manager, James Berry, will be on hand to give interested buyers a tour of the homes and explain more about the building process,” says regional marketing manager, Hollie Lockhart.

“Visitors will be able to ask James questions about the construction of the properties and also find out more about the site and the team creating the homes.

“Our Epsom and Canterbury show homes are open daily, giving interested buyers the opportunity to see our finished homes, but this is a unique opportunity to take a closer look at the homes while they are being built. If you are interested in a new-build home, it’s worth contacting the team to book your appointment, before they all get booked up.”

Boorley Green offers a range of three, four and five bedroom homes built in a variety of styles and all created for modern living. The homes boast contemporary features, such as open-plan living areas, bi-fold doors, breakfast bars and en suites.

“Boorley Green has grown to become a wonderful, flourishing new community,” says Hollie. “There’s a lovely family-feel to the location and plenty of green open spaces. There’s an ancient woodland that we’ve maintained and there are lakes and ponds, plus footpaths running throughout.”
