Couples and growing families are snapping up new-build homes in Upper Heyford and are enjoying a vibrant community with plenty of green space.

Home hunters have been visiting Bovis Homes’ Heyford Park, on Camp Road, where there are parks and play areas for children - plus a traditional village green, family-friendly pub, and a new village High Street with shops and services, are all on their way.

The three, four and five-bedroom properties are proving popular and Bovis Homes has spent more than £4.2million towards local projects, including a new primary school, bus service and sports facilities. Meanwhile, those who reserve before Christmas, can pay a reservation fee of only £99.

Paul Bennison, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “Home buyers at Heyford Park love the green, open space and how well designed our properties are, with plenty of space inside and out for families and children.

“There is a wonderful community here, with stunning rural views, and Bovis Homes is investing heavily in local schemes, including education, school transport and a recycling bank.”

Bovis Homes donated 10,000 leaflets advertising Heyford Park Christmas Bazaar earlier this month. The housebuilder supported the event for the fifth year running, and also provided a luxury Christmas hamper.

There were over 30 stalls, with a raffle, tombola and face painting. It was Heyford Park's sixth annual Bazaar and all proceeds raised go to community groups based in the area.

Last year, the event managed to raise nearly £1,000, a 30 per cent increase on the previous year.

Home buyers who reserve at Heyford Park before 23rd December for just £99 can enjoy Christmas in their current home with the peace of mind that they won't need to think about moving until the new year. The offer is available on selected plots only.
