Bovis Homes' Dovecote Park development
A Bovis Homes development will open in Minster Lovell this weekend - and home buyers are invited to view a brand-new show home.

Home hunters can visit Dovecote Park located just off Burford Road in Minster Lovell, on Saturday, 8th February for the special event.

The five-bedroom Lime show home comes from Bovis Homes’ - part of the Vistry Group - new collection of houses types that offer more space, higher ceilings and a real sense of light and flow on the inside as well as well-proportioned exteriors.

House hunters will be able to find out more about the three, four and five-bedroom homes available, which includes a range of three-bedroom bungalows, at the development and even reserve their dream home on the day.

The three-bedroom detached Charterville bungalow boasts an open-plan kitchen with a dining area plus bi-fold patio doors and French doors to the rear garden. The master bedroom also offers an en-suite.

Visitors to the event can register their details and enter a prize draw with the chance to win a luxury spa break in the Cotswolds too.

Sharon Nash, regional marketing manager, said: “We are very excited to invite home buyers to this brand-new development and offer visitors the opportunity to tour the stunning new show home.

“Dovecote Park is in a fantastic location and the homes available are ideal for everyone, whether house hunters are first-time buyers, looking for a bigger family home or seeking to downsize.

“There is a true Cotswold community here within this beautiful village in West Oxfordshire and we are sure that the development will be very popular”.

The name of the new Bovis Homes' development has historic connections with Old Minster Lovell Hall and its 15th century dovecote. The scenic village has amenities that are within walking distance of the Bovis Homes development and just over three miles away in Witney there is an array of retailers plus a popular monthly farmers' market.

In nearby Burford you'll find fashion, books, antiques, gifts and much more, or visit Bicester Village, a designer shopping outlet situated 25 miles away.

There are lovely scenic walks beside the River Windrush plus facilities for all ages in the village with social groups, a cricket team and groups for scouts, babies and toddlers, a community library plus allotments. There are also primary and secondary education facilities located nearby.
