On Saturday 14th March, Bovis Homes – part of the newly formed Vistry Group – is opening the doors to its Pebble Beach location in East Devon for a special open day event.

The housebuilder’s development is located in Seaton, a coastal resort which is considered to be a gateway town to the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The location features two, three and four-bedroom homes and is just a short walk from Seaton town centre. Pebble Beach also offers stunning views of the bay and the town’s iconic tramline runs behind the development.

Deborah Cocklin, a Bovis Homes sales advisor, said: “We are very excited to invite home buyers to our Pebble Beach development and offer them the chance to tour around our three show homes and ask us any questions they may have about their dream home.

“Visitors will also have the chance to speak to a financial advisor on the day and take advantage of a special offer - those who reserve a home on the day will later receive £1,000 worth of IKEA vouchers upon completion to help furnish their new home in style.”

House hunters can visit the four-bedroom Canterbury show home which offers an open-plan kitchen with a dining area featuring French doors to the rear garden. The three-bed Sheringham show house boasts an attractive bay window in the sitting room.

Visitors can also discover a three-bedroom Southwold, a property that comes from Bovis Homes’ latest collection of homes.

The town boasts a great range of local shops and services including a bakery, butcher’s, supermarkets and a post office.

The mile-long pebble beach in Seaton offers lovely bay views, and there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor lovers with walking trails and water sports facilities. There are also several schools located nearby.

Seaton Tramway operates narrow gauge heritage trams between Seaton, Colyford and Colyton in East Devon's glorious Axe Valley, travelling alongside the River Axe estuary through two nature reserves and giving an unrivalled view of the abundant wading bird life.

For a limited time only, home buyers can also benefit from a stamp duty contribution of up to £5,000 on selected plots at Pebble Beach. Terms and conditions apply, find out more on the Bovis Homes website.

The development’s sales office is open Thursday-Monday, between 10am and 5pm. The open event will take place between 11am and 3pm.
