Home buyers' summer bonanza

Home seekers could get more than they bargained for this month as Bovis Homes is offering buyers the opportunity to claim up to £5,000 in extras when they reserve at locations across Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire

With the offer available on selected plots that are ready to move into, buyers could be in their new Bovis Home in a matter of weeks, taking advantage of this super 'Summer Lovin'' scheme if they reserve before 25th August.

They can select from a range of features, up to the value of £5,000, which includes payment towards their legal fees, garden centre, holiday or high street vouchers, an entertainment package or a landscaped garden.
