Home hunters book VIP appointments as housebuilder launches Northampton new-builds

Home buyers are enquiring in droves about new-build properties at a new Northampton location ahead of their launch this weekend when they can be reserved for the first time. Bovis Homes is offering VIP appointments, which start on Saturday and will see the housebuilder taking reservations, for a special insight on its first phase of two to five-bedroom homes at Collingtree Park, off Windingbrook Lane, in Collingtree. Sales consultants will offer virtual tours and share site plans on videocalls, or provide information over the phone, to home buyers, who must be financially qualified beforehand due to high customer demand.
