Home hunters in Ringmer to visit launch event at housebuilder’s brand-new location

House hunters in Ringmer can view new-build properties this weekend as a brand-new location officially launches – with two show homes.

Bovis Homes – part of the newly-formed Vistry Group – is opening its Potters Field development during a special event on Saturday and Sunday, with three bedroom and four-bedroom show homes.

The housebuilder is also launching its sales office - which is a four-bedroom Canterbury house type boasting an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a separate sitting room – and has a Big 105 Offer, plus other purchasing schemes including the Government's Help to Buy scheme.

Maria Maxwell, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “We’re all so excited to launch our Ringmer location, Potters Field, and welcome house buyers to have a look around, ask questions and take a tour of our show homes.

“Whether a first-time buyer, second-stepper, growing family, or downsizer, there are house types for all and our special Big 105 Offer and purchasing assistance schemes could help them move into their dream Ringmer home.”

The two show homes include a three-bedroom Epsom – with an open-plan dining room and sitting room with a bay window and French doors to the back garden – and a four-bedroom Montpellier, which benefits from a dual-aspect sitting room.

Those who reserve a home at Potters Field before 29th February could enjoy one of two incentives through the housebuilder’s Big 105 Offer. Either a reservation fee of just £105, plus £4,000 worth of flooring and an entertainment package. Or 105 per cent Home Exchange, plus £1,500 towards your legal fees.

Using the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, home buyers need just a five per cent cash deposit, with the Government providing an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the value of the property being bought. Purchasers then need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage.

The launch event takes place over both days, from 10am to 5pm, and refreshments are available.
