House hunters looking to buy a new-build home in the South East can save thousands of pounds thanks to a housebuilder initiative in the region.

Bovis Homes South East has revived its Big 105 Offer, with two new incentives, to help purchasers reserve their dream home in 2020.

This offer runs until the end of February and gives the purchasers the chance to receive one of these two exclusive offers.

Offer 1
The first enables purchasers to reserve a new home for just £105. In combination with this, buyers will also receive up to £4,000 worth of flooring, plus an entertainment pack which includes a 55’ 4K Smart TV, Sonos Sound Bar, 32GB 9.7’ iPad and an Amazon Echo Dot.

Offer 2
The second is aimed at those looking to part-exchange their current home, Bovis Homes is offering 105 per cent of the market value of a customer’s existing home. Purchasers will have no estate agents’ fees or frustrating property chains to deal with. What’s more they get to stay in their old property until their new Bovis Home is ready to move in to.  On top of that buyers will also receive up to £1,500 towards their legal fees.
