Home hunters in West Midlands act quickly to take advantage of housebuilder’s summer Big 105 Offer

House hunters looking to buy a new-build home in the West Midlands can save thousands of pounds thanks to a special housebuilder initiative in the region.

Bovis Homes has revived its Big 105 Offer, with new incentives, to support purchasers at its locations across Warwickshire and Worcestershire and parts of Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.

The summer boost, which runs until the end of September, comes in two parts. The first is the chance to reserve a new property for £105. With this, buyers will receive up to £4,000 worth of flooring and the same amount in vouchers to spend on personalising their home.

The second is a part-exchange deal, where the housebuilder offers up to 105 per cent of the market value of a customer’s existing home as part of their move into a Bovis Homes property. On top of that, buyers will also receive up to £4,000 worth of flooring.

The offer is also available on Bovis Homes’ new housing range, which is being rolled out across the country.

Bovis Homes’ new housing collection, which includes two to five-bedroom homes that have been designed and developed by the company over the last 12 months, are named after British trees and focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

Home buyers must reserve before 30th September to take advantage of one of the two Big 105 offers.
