Home hunters in West Midlands set to benefit from exclusive part exchange offer

Home hunters looking to move up the property ladder in the West Midlands can move into a new-build property and save thousands of pounds thanks to a local housebuilder’s special part-exchange offer.

House buyers purchasing a Bovis Home in Warwickshire and Worcestershire, plus other specific locations in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire, can take advantage of the housebuilder’s ‘Big 105 Offer’.

The spring initiative, which runs until 30th April, includes a part exchange deal, which could see the housebuilder offer 105 per cent of the market value of a customer’s existing home as part of the deal that sees them move into a brand-new Bovis Home. On top of that, buyers will also receive up to £4,000 of flooring from the Bovis Homes select range.

The offer is also available on Bovis Homes’ new housing range, which launched at the house builder’s Stadhampton location in Oxfordshire and is being rolled out across the country.

The Big 105 Offer is not only available to existing homeowners. Home buyers who don’t have a property to sell can reserve their new modern home for £105 and receive up to £4,000 worth of flooring, plus a bespoke lights and blinds package worth up to £4,000, subject to terms and conditions.

Bovis Homes’ new housing collection, which includes two to five-bedroom homes that have been designed and developed by the company over the last 12 months, are named after British trees and focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.
