- 06 Nov 19

Home hunters in Yapton have begun purchasing new-build properties from a housebuilder’s new phase as a sales centre officially opens this weekend.

Bovis Homes' Yapton View
Bovis Homes is opening two show homes from its new range at Yapton View, on Burndell Road – where 108 properties will be built.

The show homes include three-bedroom and four-bedroom properties and will be launched to the public from Saturday.

Alix Laflin, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “This is an exciting moment as we officially open our sales centre and two show homes – both wonderful houses with plenty of open space and natural light.

“We have passed a wonderful milestone and these two show homes reveal what our new collection is all about.

“Our new range appeals to all types of house buyers – from individuals to couples, families, downsizers and retirees. We can’t wait to unveil these properties to the public and home hunters can visit Yapton View to speak to our sales team about our current portfolio, as well as the new range.”

Homes from the new collection are named after British trees and focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

The three-bedroom Spruce, which starts from £399,000, includes an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast and dining area, French doors to the back garden, a master bedroom with a dressing area and en suite, plus a garage or sheltered parking.

The Juniper starts from £435,000 and has an open-plan kitchen with a dining and family area, with bi-fold doors to the back garden. There’s a sitting room, downstairs study, and the master bedroom has an en suite and built-in wardrobe. Outside, there’s parking and a garage.

House hunters can visit the new sales centre this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Purchasers can reserve a new home for just £99 before 10th November, and flooring and turf will also be included.

Purchasers can use the Government’s Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme. Under the initiative, buyers need just a five per cent cash deposit, with the Government providing an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the value of the property being bought. Purchasers then need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage.
