Home hunters reserve at new Kenilworth location as 150 attend VIP reception

More than 150 home hunters in Kenilworth took part in a VIP housebuilder event as the first families reserved at a brand-new location in the town.

Families attended Bovis Homes’ VIP Reception Event – the first opportunity to reserve at the
housebuilder’s The Pavilions, on Warwick Road.

The Pavilions offers one to five-bedroom family properties, from Bovis Homes’ - part of the newly formed Vistry Group - new homes collection, which are located next to Kenilworth Cricket Club.

Paul Bennison, Bovis Homes regional marketing manager, said: “We are delighted with the turnout at our lively VIP Reception Event, which saw families enquire about our brand-new prestigious homes at The Pavilions.

“There was so much interest and our hardworking Bovis Homes colleagues were thrilled with the level of reservations at this unique location, enviably situated by the cricket club.”

Three sessions were held at venue Chesford Grange, as guests found out more about the one to five-bedroom homes, many of which overlook the cricket ground.

The Pavilions sits by farmland, less than a mile from the town centre. Kenilworth boasts
supermarkets, independent retailers and one of the most spectacular medieval castle ruins in the country.

There is a good selection of state primary and secondary, plus independent, schools in Kenilworth and the surrounding areas.

The M40 is just six miles away and the M6 is under 12 miles. Kenilworth railway station offers services to Coventry and Leamington Spa, with Birmingham Airport close by.
