Home ownership dreams becoming reality for Cambridgeshire property hunters

A new property purchasing option has been welcomed by house hunters across Cambridgeshire, who have been able to move into their dream home thanks to the scheme.

Bovis Homes has a wide range of properties available across the county with Home Reach, a shared ownership purchasing scheme, which gives buyers the opportunity to get a foot on the property ladder.

Home Reach is a part-buy part-rent option which is offered in partnership with housing provider, heylo, and is available on a selection of properties at Northstowe near Longstanton, Paragon in Great Kneighton and Morris Gardens in Soham.

Through Home Reach, purchasers can initially buy a share of between 50% and 75% with the option to increase their levels of ownership at any time.

“For many people, this will be the home buying solution that they need and the perfect opportunity to get on the Cambridgeshire property ladder,” says Heather.
