Homebuyers could strike gold at special event

Homebuyers looking for that special place can strike gold as a local housebuilder’ hosts a range of special events across the West Midlands this weekend.

Bovis Homes’ Gold Star Home events take place this Saturday at selected locations in Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.

Visitors can enjoy chocolate and a glass of Prosecco while visiting the specially selected ‘Gold Star’ properties and speaking to a financial advisor. Purchasers who buy a Gold Star home before 30th June could then receive a range of exclusive extras up to the value of £35,000.

The Gold Star Home event is taking place at Bovis Homes locations in Bidford-on-Avon, Bishops Itchington, Leamington Spa, Hillmorton, Banbury, Stadhampton, Bicester, Upper Heyford, Flore and Silverstone.

Purchasers of a three-bedroom home could receive a £10,000 Help to Move voucher; four-bed a £15,000 voucher; and five-bed a £20,000 voucher. They can be used towards Stamp Duty and other moving costs.

Other Gold Star Home incentives include a deluxe removals service worth £2,000, premium upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms worth £5,000 and luxury flooring worth £8,000.

The Gold Star Home events take place between 11am and 4pm.
